Mallorca stay

Beautiful property with pool and two bedrooms with bathrooms. Easy check in and out. Clean and comfortable with air conditioning in bedrooms. Lovely area and plenty to do

Lovely place to relax and chill.

Pros: Very large and spacious. Also quite traditionally furnished which makes a nice change. Cons: Would have been good to have had an information pack especially as there was no power when we arrived and we had no idea we had to find the electricity box and switch everything on… in the dark! We never did find the washing machine or when we could use it!

Schönes Haus in guter Lage. Unser Apartment war groß und sauber. Enttäuschend war, dass viele Geräte und andere Dinge nicht funktioniert haben: das Ofenblech hat nicht gepasst, sodass wir den Ofen nur schlecht nutzen konnten. Spül-, Wasch- und Kaffeemaschine haben alle nicht gut funktioniert. Es gab keine Sonnenschirme, weil die Füße kaputt waren. Am Tag vom Check-in konnten wir die Vermieter nicht erreichen. Aber die Reinigungskraft war da und hat uns rein gelassen.

In die Jahre gekommen…

Die Lage und das Grundstück sind super. Die Ausstattung ist leider etwas lieblos und eine Renovierung ist notwendig. Die Bettgestelle quietschen, die Küche ist alt, Fenster einfach verglast… Das Potential für ein top Ferienhaus ist da, erfüllt aber aktuell nicht die Erwartungen.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Verbesserungspotential

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft, fanden aber manche Dinge etwas störend. Die Kommunikation beim Check in lief über die Dame vor Ort die wirklich ausschließlich spanisch und leider kein einziges Wort Englisch oder Deutsch kann,sodass wir uns mit Händen und Füssen und Google Übersetzer durchgekämpft haben. Vor Ort gab es an Grundausstattung dann wirklich Nichts. Kein Salz, kein pfeffer, kein Öl, keine Seife in der Toilette. Das fanden wir gerade in Hinblick auf den Preis der Unterkunft sehr dürftig. In der Beschreibung steht dass es einen Ofen Gibt, leider gibt es hierfür in der gesamten Wohnung kein blech oder Gitter mit dem man den Ofen hätte nutzen können. Die Wohnung und gerade die Außenflächen sind toll, der Charme durch die alten Klappläden wird dann geschmälert, wenn es mal Windet- dann knallen die Teile nämlich den ganzen Tag gegen die Wand, da man sie aussen nicht befestigen kann. All in all wirklich schön zum entspannen und draussen sein- wer sich in der Küche verwirklichen will, wird jedoch nicht glücklich.

Pros: Der Pool war schön groß....Haus und Grundstück war auf ersten Bild auch super Hatten ein schöne große Wohnung....und das es da eine Klimaanlage gab Cons: wenn man dann mal den Garten so erkundet sieht man dann schon die Menge des Grundstücks Sperrmüll Ecken bis zu Stolperfallen und der Waschraum war auch echt eklig und hat sehr gestunken nach Maus... Und mir hat dann so einen Willkommens Buch mit WLAN Passwort oder irgendwas anderes hat gefehlt wo alles ist und vielleicht mal noch eine Flasche Wasser ,das wäre echt super gewesen .

Tolle Finca mit großem Pool und schöner Sicht über die Landschaft

Pros: Geräumiges Appartement über 2 Etagen, schöne große Poolanlage, tolle Weitsicht. Die Tatsache, dass auch die 4 anderen deutlich kleineren Appartements auch vermietet waren, hat fast nicht gestört, da die Nachbarn alle sehr ruhig und unauffällig waren. Unser Appartement war so groß, dass es die halbe Finca einnahm. Cons: Es waren einige Steckdosen und der Wasserkocher defekt, was aber nach Kontakt mit dem Vermieter direkt am nächsten Tag sehr schnell und gut erneuert wurde. Die Besteckausstattung ist etwas knapp, nur Grundausstattung (z.B. kein Teesieb, kein Pfannenbesteck, keine scharfen kleine Messer, …).
