Duplex apartment 50 meters from the beach

  • Our apartment is newly built. It is conveniently situated close to the beach (50 mts.), but away from the noise, in a very quiet area.
    On the first floor there is the kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
    On the upper floor there is a separate bedroom with a bathroom and a terrace.
    The house is equipped with everything necessary for the care and entertainment of children: cot, toys.
    It also has a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a coffee maker and a kettle.
    It has air conditioning (hot and cold) as well as wifi Internet connection.
    We have an indoor private parking space and bicycles.
