Just a short walk from the beach, the ground-floor holiday apartment Can Vidal Mallorca is located in Colonia de Sant Jordi. The 50 m² property features a living room, a basic kitchen (no oven), 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning and heating (split system) in the living room only, and a washing machine. A cot is available for an extra charge.

Es war ok ...könnte besser sein.

Pros: Die Lage und der Parkplatz (nur für schmale Autos) waren sehr gut. Apotheke und Lebensmittel in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war sauber. Cons: Die Matratzen waren sehr dünn, man konnte die Metall-Federn spüren. Zum Glück war eine dicke Decke im Schrank. Die Deko (wie auf den Bildern) fehlte ...alles sehr mager eingerichtet. Küchengeschirr nicht ausreichend. Keine Müslischal keine große Tasse. Müllbeutel, Küchenrolle und Salz muss man kaufen. Türen zum Schlafzimmer nur schwer zu öffnen. Keine Bedienungsanleitung für das Klimagerät. Zum Glück konnte es auch heizen. Kein Persönlicher Kontakt. 2 h vor Ankunft kam erst per WatsApp der Code für den Schlüsselkasten. Staatliche Gebühr sollten wir bei der Abreise auf den Tisch legen. Leider habe ich bei der Abreise 6 Uhr am Morgen meine warme gute Jacke vergessen...trotz Nachricht in der Früh ...erst keine Antwort ...dann "ich werde die Mädels fragen". Mein Angebot gegen Gebühr die Jacke mir zuzusenden blieb erfolglos. Er war sehr sehr ruhig (kaum Urlauber) und stressfrei im Ort, da hätte der Vermieter sich etwas mehr um die Wohnung kümmern können. 5 Nächte 323,-€
