A home away from home. Great amenities, location and helpful staff.

The staff was extremely helpful in answering any questions we had and providing recommendations for restaurants and directions. The rooms and property were always clean. Breakfast provided many choices da and was always well stocked. The breakfast bone moves quickly and efficiently. The frosted glass shower/bathroom wall” was NOT an issue as the person in the bathroom could only be seen as a “blob.”

On a positive: check in was relatively fast and accommodating, beautiful views of the ocean. On the other hand, room furniture was old, room was consistently not made up until early evening hours, phone calls for hotel services were not answered for up to 10 minutes, daily parking fees were unreasonably high.

The best airbnb Ive stayed at in New York with the best price for our family of 6. The place was so clean, amenities looked brand new. It had a homey feel to it, my kids didnt want to leave. We will definently be booking again in the future.

nice hotel location, on the outskirts of time square. beautifully decorated. the pool is nice in comparison to others in the city but don’t expect a huge pool—or a huge bed. I’m only 5’5” and my feet were hanging off the “Queen”
