The resort's location and nature is amazing but it clearly is begging for renovation, better maintenance and the facilities need to be kept up in better condition... rooms are worn out... towels and blankets are over-used.. furniture needs changing big time.. the animation and entertainment team is amazing... food is average..

Everything is wonderful. Many staffs clean the table, maintain the facilities, and they are really friendly. Kids likes "Kids Club", swimming pool, beach, and night show. Restaurant is also great. This is one of the best hotel resort which we have experienced.

Fantastic break away! The staff all go out of their way to help you, serve you, and make you feel so special. The Entertainment is excellent, every night there is shows put on by the team and they put their heart and soul into it. This is our third time there. The food is very varied and there is different restaurants to choose from. We went to the Chinese and it was lovely food. Delicious wine that was picked for us. The only let down is the internet is really poor. Overall an amazing holiday. See you again Arcadia!

Bad decoration and old building
I visit this hotel for my first time November 2017 as I saw the recommendation in different sites .. but unfortunately the hotel building was so old it looks like that you are entering an old school.. food court was too small the food not look delicious ( I didn’t eat although I had all inclusive) The photo in different sites didn’t reflect the real look for the hotel What I found good in this hotel it’s room cleaning , otherwise the room it self looks old also

A let down
Very disappointing in general. Overcrowded, poor wifi, food was very average. We paid a supplement one evening for the Italian restaurant and were told that children were not allowed; when we arrived it was full of children, very unfair. The hotel is dated and needs some investment. There was an education convention also going on while we were there which just added to the chaos. All in all, extremely disappointing.

Booked a delux room and was well worth it much better than the standard rooms, only problem was the hairdryer is not very powerful, cleaned everyday with towel change and mini bar stocked. Pool towels can be changed everyday. Sometimes the bar staff were not very friendly, maybe too rushed. Food is ok too always something to like, freshly cooked food always and clean. Reception staff polite and animation team are great. Evening shows are very good and professional. Housekeeping is good. Beach lovely and dont charge for beds, beach bar and snacks available on the beach if you dont want a big meal in the hotel. 24 hour bar service. No seaview I dont think from rooms, block 4000 was the best in my opinion. Family rooms are great too with seperate bedroom.

Average hotel
This hotel great for people with children also it's on the beach but food wasn't that great and not enough variety the staff friendly and helpful indoor pool quite small but sauna Turkish bath ok the pier on the beach wasn't set up yet no Turkish coffee on the beach bar we were able to change the room when we didn't like it shower was powerful but bathroom kept blocking with water entertainment and animation wasn't set properly yet also spa area not great with drinks no tea coffee or nice drinks no bottled cold water so was quite negative thing for 5star hotel the weather was great eventhough beginning of April so still had a good time.

The room we have been provided previously is not what we are expecting because it is in the ground floor. Then we asked to change the room and it is arranged since the second day. Thanks a lot for the flexibility and the friendly service. It was a wonderful stay. My son was crying when we are leaving and he is really missing his cats friends there.

Sehr schlechter service ! Absolutes no go - miatarbeiter sind einfach in unser zimmer gekommen während ich nit meiner familie am schlafen war , umd vieles andere wie Klima funktioniert nicht trotz beschwerde und angeblicher Reparatur. Die luste ist sehr lang - für angebliche 5 sterne eine erbärmliche location! Beschwerde im hotel brachte nicht viel , im Gegenteil ich wurde als lügner bezichtigt.

Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Essen ist außergewöhnlich vielseitig, also für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Geschmacklich hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt sehr viele Möglichkeiten der Unterhaltung, wobei uns die abendliche Vorführungen gefallen hat. Strand ist sauber und Meer war angenehm. Fitnessstudio hat ausreichend viele Geräte mit Freihandeln. Das einzige was hier zu bemängeln sind die kleinen Einwegplastikbecher. Umweltschutz geht anders. Internet ist leider schwach und langsam aber das war mir nicht so wichtig.

Perfekt semester i Belek
Jätteskön atmosfär, man kom snabbt in i semester mode, jättestora ytor både för bad och sport aktiviteter, jag gillar att det fanns många träd så man fick känsla av att gå runt i en park, vilket var lugnande. Servicen var helt perfekt, de frågade många gånger om hur det går om de kan hjälpa till med något etc. Speciell tack vill jag säga till badvakten Galip..(som ordnade extra hjälp, åt min mamma som hade problem att gå lång sträckor). Hotellet är även rullstols vänlig, såg två personer med rullstol som befann sig i hotellet. Rummet vi var i hade perfekt havsutsikt (rum 4604). Rummen var väldigt rena, moderna. Vi var fyra personer och hade fyra riktiga sängar i rummet plus en fåtölj och soffa för två personer som i sin tur kunde fällas ut till säng. När man är fyra i ett rum brukar det inte finnas kvar någon sittplats men det gjorde det i det här hotellet. Vi spelade minigolf, fanns nio hål, det ingick och var roligt bara som omväxling. Kylskåpen fylldes varje dag med dricka och snack. Fanns tillgång till mat hela tiden, även mitt i natten. Vi skulle åka iväg 03:00 men även då fanns det mat som man kunde hämta. Maten var otroligt gott och väldigt många valmöjligheter. Grillat både fisk, fågel och nöt varje dag. Olika Baklava bakelser varje dag, frukter, sallader etc. Utöver detta hade man olika teman varje dag, kinesisk och mexikansk t.ex. Väldigt stor fitness yta med många olika maskiner, namnet är sport resort och det står dem verkligen för!

Otel uzun yıllardır hizmette olduğu için ortak biraz eskiydi görüntü olarak ama odaların içini yenilemişler gayet güzeldi. Yemekler konusunda, çeşit azdı diğer gittiğim her şey dahil otellere kıyasla ama bence yeterliydi ve çok lezzetliydi. Tek kötü diyebileceğim şey içeceklerdi. Biz sarhoş olmaya gitmediğimiz için dert etmedim genel olaral mutlu bir tatildi.

Отличный отдых зимой. Погода позволила купаться в море даже детям. Отель понравился. Большая территория. Большое футбольное поле на территории. Во время нашего отдыха в отель приехала на сборы футбольная команда Урал. Было интересно наблюдать за тренировками.
