"Well appointed, comfortable modern house. In need of some TLC though - heating didn't work, shower didn't drain, barbeque was filthy, dishwasher and washing machines not working well. The owner admitted that we were the first people in this year and that we were discovering the problems, but it didn't feel right that we were his quality assurance!That said, he responded very quickly when we told him of the problems, for which we were grateful - particularly the heating!"
