Water was disconnect this morning. We had no water. The staff did not alert us or provide us any compensation. It was aa if the staff was ignoring the issue. There was no shower, water for the toilette or for any hygiene care.

I recently stayed 2/18/2026-2/19/2026 at your property after booking specifically because the hotel advertised a hot tub and pool. Upon arrival, I was surprised to learn that both the hot tub and pool were closed for painting. This information was not disclosed on the website at the time of booking. ...
