"ok... trying to give a balanced view here. The location was superb, and we walked to Sepilok Orangutan sanctuary twice, easily, in 5 mins, and had amazing experiences. Wonderful memories. loved that. The hotel itself. Once upon a time it was probably very flash. nowadays it needs some love and maintenance. ..."

"Rooms never serviced. Bring your own shower gel and shampoo. Thin towels and only two per room. Cold breakfast from the buffet. Could do with having a drinks and snacks cabinet.
