I asked if I could check out 1pm instead of 12 and she said that was fine. I got a phone call the morning of checkout after 12 asking if i wanted to stay another nignt or if i was going to check out. "A big part of a holiday is the hotel. The staff made you feel special, they cater to your needs, great dining options (I recommend the pulled lamb dish for dinner). We were upgraded to the executive rooms on the 12 floor, they were very comfortable. This propertynhas a valet parking (RP 90.000) and a concierge."

"Very new. Opened June 2024. The hotel spa is superb. I had a deep tissue massage. One of the best ice ever tried (I do body massage at least per fortnight). Location is good. Lots of food choices. Easy access to every where in Jakarta. "

We are visiting for a vacation and want to be able to just relax. It wasn’t very relaxing with breakfast. Overall the service was outstanding and staff were very friendly and accommodating. "

Outside was dirty and chaotic like most of Jakarta but this is not the fault of the hotel. Probably wont visit Jakarta again but if I did I would stay and the Menara Peninsular again."
