Nice budget stay.

Nice 3 star hotel. Fast check in, rooms are big and clean. Ample parking lots. Has a self service mart and laundry. Lots of eateries around.

Easy to locate and convenient, walking distance to some attractions. Hotel is relatively clean, quiet, pet friendly and spacious room. However, toilet is abit of smelly and shower head’s water flow is abit small and hard to adjust to the right temperature.

Quite & clean rooms, great room design.

Our room was decently spacious, clean and had great views of the ocean. Lee Jung Seop Street & Seogwipo Olle Market were within a 10-15 minute walk away. Location of the hotel is easily accessible to restaurants and key landmarks. Furnishing of the hotel is great as well, very clean, minimalistic design.

Good hotel near harbour site

Good hotel near the harbour site of Seogwipo. Bus stop 2 min from hotel. And a mini kiosk in the lobby. Cafe and convient store right around the corner. Breakfast buffet was okay for the price of €10 pr person. Friendly staff, but not all speak english.

Looked very fancy in the foyer but the room was small and packed, with no desk. Bed and pillows were clean and comfy enough. The shower cubicle has no door and not isolated from the bathroom, so water runs everywhere after a shower, which makes the floor slippery. Also the water pressure from showerhead was shockingly weak, took 20 min for shower. Breakfast was 23000won for 2 people and different from what’s advertised from the brochure. Not recommending it because there are lots of shops and restaurants outside. Good things were some friendly and helpful staff.

I liked the medium soft mattress topper, made it more comfortable to sleep on. But I’m so put off by the strong smell of vomit in the hallway carpets that also stink up my room and my clothes. I have to hold my breath when walking through the hallway. The room main door had a gap when closed, it’s not safe and private… and other rooms doors slamming so loud at night, disturbing my rest. The laundry was super expensive and wasn’t so clean. But the front desk is nice enough to exchange bills for coins and give you a free detergent. There was a lot of mold in the air conditioning unit, ceiling and shower fan. They need to clean the rooms better.

The male receptionist basically helped our entire jeju trip. Despite our plans not going the way we wanted, he was helpful and did his best to assist. Clean and simple accomodation. Will be staying here again !

Do not recommend

Staff was unfriendly. Asked for recommendations but staff was not helpful and did not recommend any. Room was dirty and dusty. There were lots of hair and thick layer of dust on the floor. Drainage system for showering area and washing area were not separated. The entire toilet floor was wet after showering.

가성비 숙소라고 해서 잡았는데 체크인 후, 들어가보니 청소 상태가 별로였습니다. 슬리퍼 없이는 절대 바닥에 발을 안디뎠어요.(물티슈로 닦아봤는데, 2-3달은 안 닦은거같아요) 에어컨도 안시원해서봤더니 곰팡이가 많고 주기적인 청소를 안하는 거 같아요. 요즘 가성비 숙소 많은데, 저는 다음부터 헤이 서귀포는 방문 안 할 것 같습니다.

저렴한 가격에 전반적인 서비스가 좋았으나 수압이 너무 약했어요. 수압이 약해 문의를 하니 만실이라 물 사용이 많으면 그럴 수 있다고 나중에 물을 써보라는 대답을 받았는데 끝까지 물 수압이 약했습니다~ 그 점 외에는 대부분 만족스럽게 숙박하였어요.

헤이 서귀포 후기!

에어컨에서 물이 새긴 했지만 바로 새로운 방으로 안내해주셔서 불편함 없었어요. 아이들과 방문인 가족들을 위해 침대를 벽면으로 붙이는것도 검토해주세요. 아이들이 침대에서 떨어질 위험이 있어요. 주차장이 엘레베이터와 떨어져 있어서 불편함이 있어요. 직원분들은 대부분 친절하고 아침 맛있어요.

가격대비 하여 훌륭 합니다 . 다만 층간소음이 심한편입니다 . 복도 문소리 목소리도 다들리구요 . 그래도 이 가격 생각 하면 좋습니다 . 무인 편의점도 편하고 . 그리고 2층에 있는 카페가 이제 횟집으로 바뀌어 워케이션 하실려는 분은 참고 하시길 .

대체로 괜찮았어요...

올레길 트레킹 위해 3박4일 묵었던 숙소입니다. 근처에 올레시장이 가깝고 버스타기도 수월해서 좋았습니다. 숙소 상태는 전반적으로 깨끗하고 조용해서 만족스러웠으나 욕실 수압도 약하고 욕조가 없어서 저같이 트레킹 후 따뜻한 물로 샤워나 목욕을 하고 싶은 경우는 불편했고 특히나 조식은 실망스러워서 1번만 이용했습니다. 다음번 이용은... 글쎄요.. 입니다.

전반적으로 아주 만족도가 좋은 호텔

외관과 달리 전체 일관성있는 깔끔한 디자인적인 요소들이 너무 기분좋게 좋았고 룸타입이 너무 만족스러웠으며 방컨디션이나 청결도 및 서비스 전체적인 면에서 아주 만족스러웠어요 또한 펫프렌들리한 호텔느낌도 좋았어요 올레시장으로의 가까운 도보거리나 항구쪽뷰도 좋고해서 다음에도 꼭 방문하고 싶네요 엘베가 없거나 하는등의 주차장이 조금 이상하긴 했지만 다른부분에서 만족도가 높아 괜찮았어요

가족여행

가족여행을 했고, 호텔은 리모델링을 부분적으로 진행한게 눈에 보입니다. 그냥 저렴하고 괜찮았습니다. 욕실에 샤워호스가 부러져있는데 그냥 끼워서 썻습니다. 디테일한 부분 까지는 조금 부족한게 아닌가 싶었으나, 잘잤습니다.

헤이 서귀포 다음에도 이용할겁니다!

뷰가 너무 좋았고 날이 흐려서 잘 못봤지만 맑은 날에는 노을도 볼 수 있을 거 같아요! 방도 넓고 화장실도 깔끔하고 옷장도 깔끔해서 너무 좋았습니다! 바로 앞이 천지연 폭포가 있는 곳이라 아침일찍 일정으로 넣기도 좋았어요~ 올레시장도 걸어서 다녀올 수 있어 매우좋았고 근처에 편의점이나 카페가 있어서 편했어요 다음에 서귀포에 온다면 무조건 이용할 예정입니다!
