"Gorgeous, spacious property. The pool lived up to expectations and was very clean. Beautiful peaceful setting, with attendant wildlife (lizards, bats, beetles etc). Lack of air con mediated by the relatively cool nature of the house, and ceiling fans help a little; and great that windows have mosquito mesh (though this is missing or damaged in places). The road down from the village to the house is pretty twisty and steep, but managed it fine. Wouldn't want to do it too many times a day. Love that there are two outdoor seating areas. NB, in case kids are set on it, there is no trampoline anymore and the swing set is a little aged. Loved the balcony view from Vecchi Sapori restaurant in Penna."

"The villa is as described an old farmhouse and beautiful! We spent a week as a family of 9 ( combining two separate families) and had an amazing holiday. Our only downside was that the weather was so hot- 36 degrees -that the bedrooms were very hot still in the night and the fans seemed to just blow hot air around not cool the rooms. This is no fault to the villa as everywhere is experiencing exceptional heat at the moment.The pool was a great asset as was the outside seating area to watch sunrise and sunsets."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa with stunning views and a good-sized pool. The white road up to the house would be a challenge with a sports car, but with a regular vehicle it's fine; 4WD would be useful in wet weather.The villa accommodated our party of 7 adults and 3 children perfectly, and we could eat outside under the grapevines every day except one. On that day, it could have benefited from a larger table inside.There are two kitchens, but we used only the lower one. It's quite basic and, like some other aspects of the property, a little dated but functional.The host was very communicative, and the guy who looks after the place was ready to help if needed (in Italian only).Overall, everyone liked the property. The only thing to say is that it's probably due a renovation to bring some elements up to date, but once you get used to them, it does not detract from the wonderful place and views.We did not do much tourist stuff, but Sarnano is worth a visit about a 15-minute drive north (pizza, gelati in the evening, market on Thursday morning), and Amandola has a small but acceptable Conad supermarket open all day (about 15 minutes south)."

The house and it's surroundings are absolutely incredible and we are so grateful for the beautiful days we were able to spend there. We would love to come back next year.Thank you very much!"

"Struttura molto bella, in un paesino a 15 min circa sia da Colfiorito che da Nocera Umbra dove sono tutti i servizi, negozi, supermercati, pizzerie ecc..Bagni molto grandi e docce comodissime e spaziose. Host molto disponibile e sempre presente. In casa c'è tutto l'occorrente per cucinare (pentole, piatti ecc..forse manca soltanto qualche insalatiera) e qualche condimento di base. Presenti anche shampodoccia, saponette, asciugamani."
