Whether by bike, on foot, or on the water, every holidaymaker will find the perfect activity here.

The ground-floor Paula holiday apartment was extensively renovated and lovingly furnished in the spring of 2021. It’s located on a cul-de-sac and directly adjacent to the bike path, so you can quickly and easily reach Senftenberg Harbour and the surrounding beaches by bike in just 1.5 km.

Equipped with a box-spring bed (160 x 200) in the bedroom—complete with ample storage space and a safe—our guests can enjoy a cosy living room featuring a smart TV (which swivels into the bedroom) and seating. In the equally newly furnished kitchen, we’ve provided our guests with a fully equipped space to prepare their own meals. For the avid anglers among you, a smoker and various types of wood chips are available.
Through the adjoining hallway, you’ll reach the bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. Here, too, we’ve placed great emphasis on modern and personalised furnishings.
All of our rooms are equipped with smoke detectors and CO2 detectors for safety and are designated as non-smoking. A separate smoking area (garden) is available.
Guests—we are happy to provide Wi-Fi and a grill free of charge; there is a seating area with an awning and a beach chair in front of the apartment. 
In collaboration with our partner Seenlandsauna, you have the option to book your own barrel sauna or spa pool for your stay. Please note that these must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. We’d be happy to assist you with this.
We’ve got your bikes covered—there’s a lockable bike garage with an electric charging station for four bikes on the fenced-in property, available for free use.

The holiday apartment, suitable for 2 people, features a living room with a TV and recliners, a bedroom with a box-spring bed (160 x 200 m), a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine, and an open-concept kitchen (with a 2-burner induction cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The bedroom is open to the living room.


The holiday apartment has been newly renovated and refurbished; it accommodates 2 people. Guests have shared use of the garden on the property, and a barbecue is available. The holiday apartment is located in a residential area and is approximately 1,500 m from the lake, within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity, guests will find various opportunities for cycling, activities on and around Lake Senftenberg, and options for an active holiday throughout the Lusatian Lake District.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
