"Worse than the pictures. Cant understand why they have a hugh rating. Room is cold due to breeze from door and windows. Door does not fit as it deformed from sun exposure. There is no hot water in the bathroom. I am nog typically picky but this place is ons on the worst places i ever stayed in. "

"This hotwl was an amazing place to stay! Daniel was an incredible host and took us on tours in their own brand-new private bus at a great rate, which made everything so easy. He even drove us back to San Jose and had a baby seat for our little one! The food was excellent, the rooms were much bigger than we expected, and the location was perfect. The highlight was the stunning view of the volcano—you can see it so clearly from the beautiful pool (when it is not cloudy), it's like it's right in...
