Comfortable but dated

Hotel was a bit dated and amenities/furniture are old. Room was good size for Japanese hotel and bed was comfortable. Very functional for one night stay in Sendai

Does what it is supposed to do

This is an old hotel with an old standard, but the rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpfull. They also have a "do it yourself" laundry service, which was really helpfull for us since we were on vacation for a long time. All in all, good value for money.

Ok for a night or two

Nice staff butzweird room. Small but comfortable room but you had to climb over the bed to use a socket, and climb over the couch to hang your clothes, but nothing on a blank wall where the hangers could be. They never mentioned an extension cord, I found out about it thr day before I left. Only one person spoke decent english.

国分町が徒歩圏内で飲食をするのにはアクセスが良かったです。受付の際にタッチパネルを自分で操作する方法でしたが、フロントの方々も2名ほどおられたので、タッチ操作が不慣れなこともあり直接手続きしてもらった方が早く手続きが済みそうだと思いました。
