Villa Laiar offers the only opportunity to enjoy a holiday on an estate with a swimming pool in the centre of the island, equipped with first-class amenities in the midst of virgin nature that will impress you.

The estate has several outstanding features: the fantastic outdoor area with an extensive terrace with umbrellas that provide shade, the overflowing pool for swimming and cooling off, an outdoor kitchen with a sink and barbecue, which allows you to prepare Mediterranean meals outdoors. Additionally, there are 6 sun loungers, a porch with a large dining table for 6 people and a sofa corner to enjoy the best sunny days of the island. In the adjacent large garden, with lawn and lush Mediterranean vegetation, another highlight awaits you: the treehouse.

The interior of the holiday villa follows a modern design: The highlights include the bright living room with an open kitchen, thanks to the numerous panoramic windows, which allow you to enjoy the magnificent views of the surrounding Mallorcan landscape at any time. A large, cosy and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 6 people.

The three rooms, each with 2 single beds, have private bathrooms with shower. One room is located in the basement with a spacious en-suite bathroom and lots of privacy. The other two rooms have large patio doors with direct access to outdoor terraces. The rooms can be darkened with electric awnings. There is also a guest toilet.
The entire house is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi.
The garage has space for two cars and is equipped with a dartboard.

We went on a family trip and stayed here, and it was perfect for what we wanted and needed!

Gorgeous location with an epic view from the pool. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with the bbq pretty much every night and spent most days in the pool. The location is private and made us feel like we were alone, which was lovely. Really recommend this place!

A week in Villa Laier

From the moment we entered the property we were blown away. The setting is stunning, the building an architect’s dream with floor to ceiling glass giving you views across an elegant terrace, gardens and olive grove. The infinity pool was placed perfectly and also had jets and a seating area and was the perfect size for Marco Polo. The bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms were spacious and comfortable with ample storage. The open plan kitchen and living rooms were a great place to hang out. The outside space was extensive with lots of different nooks to hang out. The house felt like a very carefully and beautifully designed home rather than a holiday rental. The house’s crowning glory was the incredibly cute, friendly and charming cat that lives in the garden. We were heartbroken to say good bye. We did walk into Sencelles once but really you need a car and there are plenty of charming villages and towns to explore nearby. There are a number of great cafes and restaurants in Sencelles. We loved the Senseless Art Cafe, Cafe Talaiot and Can Pep (one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten). We were only there for a week and it was far to short. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.
