Charming Finca "Son Pou" with Mountain View, Pool, Wi-Fi, Terrace & Garden

In the heart of Mallorca on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Sencelles welcomes you the charming finca "Son Pou". The 125m² vacation home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fireplace, a TV and a washing machine, while a baby crib and a highchair are available on request. Thanks to the thick walls, it is pleasantly cool in the finca even without air conditioning in summer. In the spacious outdoor area of the fenced property, a furnished and partially covered terrace awaits you, as well as a garden with pool and outdoor shower. Here you can barbecue together, swim or just enjoy the sun. In the 10-minute walk (700m) away village center there are 2 restaurants as well as a supermarket. The idyllic village is also worth a visit for its pretty houses in traditional Mallorcan style. The nearest beaches can be reached in half an hour by car. The island's capital Palma and the airport of the same name are also just a 30-minute drive (31km) away.

Fantastic house to stay in Mallorca. Amazing pool, and lovely house

Pros: Wow! Our time here was amazing! When we arrived we met the host, Joan, who was incredibly welcoming. He gave us a tour of the house and showed us how everything worked, as well as giving us tips about things to do in Mallorca. The house itself was wonderful. It is so well decorated and had everything that we needed during our stay. The outdoor space was amazing as well. We loved using the pool to cool down after a hot day exploring the island. The BBQ area was great to have as well. The view of the mountains from the rooftop terrace was lovely as well. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would recommend this house to everyone!! Cons: Nothing!!

Great villa in the middle of the island

Pros: The host was very friendly and was also able to communicate in german. He was also always reachable if there were any problems. Though I got to say there were none. The villa is situated nearby a small town with really good restaurants which we were able to reach by foot. Overall a beautiful villa with a beautiful garden and pool. Cons: A dishwasher would be really improve the otherwise beautiful and practical kitchen.

DANKE! Traumhafte Finca, jederzeit wieder

Pros: -sehr herzlichen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Joan (von Buchung, bis check in, währenddessen, check out)-ganze Gelände ist ein Traum (der Pool ist genial)viel Platz&Spaß für alle Mitreisenden-Finca lebt von der Liebe zum Detail und selten so eine top Ausstattung in einem Mietobjekt vorgefunden (großes Lob!) - es fehlte uns an nichts!!!GROßARTIG!!Ein paar Highlights: Babyausstattung (inkl.nicht selbstverständlich) Dachterrasse wundervolle Aussichten, Waschmaschine, verschiedene Kopfkissengrößen, Vorratsraum, Lounge, Liegen, Sonne/Schattenbereiche, mega Ausstattung (Toil.-papier, Öl, Mückensprays, Handtücher usw...endlos).-diese himmlische und unbeschwerte Ruhe in der Natur-Wir wären gerne noch einige Tage länger geblieben, aber die Finca, spricht für sich, ist für länger die kommende Zeit ausgebucht - wir hoffen das viele kommende Gäste sich ebenso an diesem wundervollen "Fleckchen Erde" erfreuen wie wir-Uns bleibt nur abschließend zu sagen *Danke für ALLES lieber JOAN*Cons: NICHTS!

Das Haus ist sauber und hat einen gepflegten Außenbereich.

Pros: Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu den Stränden auf der Insel. Trotz Flughafennähe liegt das Haus ruhig und man ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß im Dorf Sencelles. Dort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein paar Restaurants. Für größere Einkäufe liegt Inka 15 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir hatten dort sehr erholsame Ferien und haben das Haus mit dem Pool sehr genossen. Cons: ---

Es war wirklich super sauber! Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Der Ort ist super, man ist schnell

Pros: Es war wirklich super sauber! Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Der Ort ist super, man ist schnell mit dem Auto innerhalb von 30 min. so ziemlich überall! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch mit dem Auto 10min entfernt. Gute Restaurant, sowie Supermärkte gibt es im Dorf fußläufig zu erreichen (Taschenlampe mitnehmen🤣) Joan ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir waren mit Baby da, und Joan hat uns alles bereit gestellt was wir benötigen, einfach toll! Toller großer Pool! Und ein total hübsches Bad, das Bad sieht wie ich finde auf den Bildern kleiner aus, ich war ziemlich überrascht, da es doch ziemlich „groß“ ist. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Schöne Finca mit tollem Garten + kleiner Dachterrasse

Pros: Tolle Finca mit schönem Pool und Dachterrasse mit super Aussicht. Es war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Extrem netter und zuvorkommender Besitzer (Joan), den man per whatsapp einfach erreichen konnte. Ebenfalls war es sehr sauber und liebevoll dekoriert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren.

alles in allem war das ein angenehmer Aufenthalt

Pros: Besitzer sehr freundlich, spricht sogar einigermaßen Deutsch Cons: Ein Haus mit diesem Preis sollte zumindest über eine Spülmaschine verfügen, die Küchengräte waren sehr spartanisch. In der heissen Jahreszeit — wir hatten max. 31 Grad- ist eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern unerlässlich. Das Haus verfügt über keine Heizung. was einen Urlaub in den kälteren Jahreszeiten nicht möglich macht. Fluglärm, das Haus liegt in der Einflugschneise.

Ein Haus, so schön, dass man es während des ganzen Urlaubs nicht mehr verlassen möchte.

Pros: Das Haus war sehr schön, aufgeräumt,sehr sauber und willkommend eingerichtet. Es stand ein Korb mit frischen Handtüchern am Pool und man hat sich direkt wie zuhause fühlen können. Der Besitzer war unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und spontan - wir konnten die Schlüssel sogar ein paar Stunden vorher abholen und auch während unseres Aufentahlts stand er uns immer zur Verfügung, wenn wir mal Hilfe odereine Restaurantempfehlung brauchten. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dem Haus, das einen wirklich tollen AUssenbereich hatte - schattiger Car Port, Grill, Pool, Dachterrasse - kam alles zum Einsatz. Das kühle Wohnzimmer und die Ventilatoren haben an besonders heissen Tagen für Abhilfe von der Hitze gesorgt. Haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Sekunde wunderbar aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Stadt Sencelles ist auch sehr gut gelegen, wir haben nicht lange gebraucht um Supermärkte zu erreichen und lokale Restaurants waren fussläufig erreichbar.
