The house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and one child. Fish were active, even in December. Channel cats, bullheads, and largemouth all. The house is very well provisioned and the modern refresh was tastefully done. Great location and value.

Host was OK. Amenities were good. Grass was at least 8 or 10 inches tall and definitely should have been cut prior to our arrival. Dew on the grass didn’t dry until late morning or noon and was kind of a mess getting everyone’s shoes and socks and bottom of their pants soaking wet while traveling ...
