About this property

1 bedroom villa with private pool and barbecue

  • Our property, Sa Caseta, is situated in a natural, very peaceful setting and is only 2 kms from Moscari, 3 kms from Campanet and 5 kms from Inca. It has wonderful views towards the Tramuntana mountain range. The house is approximately 50 square metres and is for adults only, with capacity for 2 people. It has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with a sofa bed. It also has a large swimming pool and barbecue for guests only.

    It should be noted that the owners live in the adjoining house just a few metres from the property.

    There are 2 dogs on the estate that belong to the owners, although they pose no danger to guests. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests.

    In the nearby towns you can find cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and banks.



    Tourist tax to be paid on arrival day (€2.20 per person per night)

Die Finca liegt in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Gegend. Wir waren mit unserem Hund da. Sie hat mit den 2 Hunden der Vermieter sich gut vertragen und konnte den ganzen Tag frei laufen. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in der Nähe.

Sehr schöne, am Fusse der Tramuntana gelegene Finca. Ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen oder als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Sehr gepflegtes Haus und Anlage. Maison idéale pour décompresser, un peu reculer afin d'être au calme. La présence des chiens est un plus pour ceux qui aiment leur compagnie. Le barbecue permet de profiter le soir comme le midi à côté de la piscine. Si je reviens à Palma je reviendrais chez Francesca et Tony
