This spacious apartment is made of a double room with satellite TV, a separate living room with balcony access, separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The furnished balcony boasts an amazing view of the Dolomites and it is particularly sunny, due to its Southern exposition. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, oven, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more. The apartment is set on the second floor, accessible by stairs only. Wi-Fi, towels and linen are included.Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:- Adults (from 14 years): 2- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departurePlease note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et cet appartement. Très bien équipé, très calme, très confortable. D'une propreté irréprochable. Commerces et parking à proximité, et très bien situé pour découvrir les Dolomites. Un balcon très agréable pour profiter de la vue exceptionnelle et partager la douceur du soir. A faire !
