The hotel was nice for the area which was noisy with loud cars driving by. What made it a good stay was the friendly staff. Especially Audrey who worked the breakfast area. She had so much love for everyone which everyone notices.

Everything was perfect only thing I didn’t like was the area, it’s right in front of a club and they shoot every weekend I would recommend this hotel just not on the weekends. It’s clean they have huge beds and they are comfortable and cozy!

Baymont Inn, Selma review

Selma is a depressed blighted area for the most part. The Baymont exemplified this. It is mainly a hotel for workers not travelers. Even though flooring is updated, the bed was old & the tub was old jacuzzi that was hard to get in & out for showers. The breakfast was okay but limited. Staff was friendly, helpful & accommodating.

The people were really nice. But the hotel was in bad shape, there were no towels in the room when I arrived, and the coffee pot in the room did not work.

This hotel has went down tremendously! My family have been staying here for years and it was always clean. The walls and doors are filthy. The sheets are discolored and the wash clothes were dirty.

This is no 5 star hotel BUT it was clean and in a convenient location. The front desk lady Audrey was very pleasant to talk to in the morning. I wish I could remember the girl name, but she has lots of tattoos and cleans the rooms. She really took the time out to make sure I was in a room near my sister and that my room was clean and had fresh towels. She told me to wait 15-20 minutes and was done in 10 minutes! And told me to make sure I let her know if there are any issues. That made me feel like she took pride in her work and appreciated me as a customer. I'm not going to lie, I was a little skeptical at first when I pulled up because this isn't a "really nice" hotel. But it was clean and staff was friendly. King size bed was comfy too!

Last minute getaway!

1st room stinks. 2nd room was a lil better TV remote didn’t work front desk was gonna send someone never did. Electric sockets some didn’t work. No toilet paper in room toilet was bathroom was dirty. Toilet no secured to floor. Shower curtain was dirty. Breakfast was limited because truck didn’t come. Staff was very nice and friendly on arrival and at checkout.

No WiFi, no tv, the phone in the room was dead. Had to run the shower for 10 minutes to get warm water. When asked about the WiFi we’re told we could move to another room but I checked there before we packed to move and it did not work there. Had to walk over to the office to use WiFi. Old outdated room. Fairly clean. Bed had old springs that squeaked with any movement. Would recommend to no one.
