The ground-floor holiday apartment "Steuerbord 2" in the "Quartier Sellin" holiday home, completed in 2017, is a cosy home for 2 people. The apartment features a paved terrace with a windbreak, a grill, and patio furniture—ideal for relaxing outdoors. The fully equipped kitchenette offers all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals, including a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), range hood, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, and a toilet. The bedroom can be darkened and features a large box-spring bed and a wardrobe. An extra bed for up to one additional person can be set up in the living room.
