The Non smoking apartment with about 41 sqm captivates with its comfortable layout. The in the 1. Floor lying apartment No. 10 offers enough space for 2 to 4 adults and 1 infant up to 3 years in cot. In the living area, the entertainment technology by board games, a modern 42 inch LCD TV and a CD or. DVD player rounded off. Even on vacation, you do not have to do without an Internet connection (W-LAN). This is included for you. For the coziness of the living area with solid furniture, a floor lamp, two armchairs and a sofa bed (extra bed for 3./4. Person, 1.90 m x 2.00 m). You can reach the furnished and spacious balcony (west) with parasol from the living area. The panoramic views of Lake Sellin invite you to relax with a glass of wine. The adjoining kitchen with dining area has a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob with oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and various kitchen utensils. The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), bedside tables and a wardrobe. The bathroom is complemented by a shower, a vanity, a hair dryer, clothes horse and a toilet. Shutters and curtains are used to darken the premises. In all rooms you will find night storage heaters. For our little guests are 1x travel cot (without mattress, without Bettinlett) and 1x high chair included. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. A parking space is located directly on the property. Your brought or borrowed bicycles can be subject to availability in the lockable bike room. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 15.00 € per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

Our 2 cottages are located on the outskirts of the Baltic Sea Sellin in the immediate vicinity of Selliner See. The total of 11 spacious apartments are modern and furnished with attention to detail. To end a warm summer's day with a cozy barbecue, who does not like that? All apartments have a sun terrace or a balcony. And if that's not enough, there is a barbecue area with a gazebo at your disposal on the spacious property (with a size of approx. 2. 500 m²). There is also a small playground for playing and romping. Swings, climbing, slides - this is how our little guests feel at ease. Numerous nature reserves, endless sandy beaches, cliffs, chalk cliffs, picturesque fishing villages, green forests and meadows can be explored on foot, by car or by bike. The Rasender Rolandes stop can be reached in less than 15 minutes on foot. A large selection of restaurants, cafes and shops can be found not only in Ostseebad Sellin but also in the neighboring towns such as the Baltic resort of Baabe (about 3 km), Ostseebad Göhren (about 8 km) or the Baltic resort Binz (about 15 km ). Look forward to a holiday in an idyllic location directly on Lake Sellin in one of the most beautiful and historic places Ruegen.

Mitte Januar, nur ein Stern Abzug

Hat alles super geklappt. Wir waren Mitte Januar dort. Leider war die Toilette etwas länger nicht benutzt worden. Sie war unten braun. Schade, dass hier kein Putzmittel in der Wohnung war. Ansonsten alles gut.
