The holiday apartment in Haus Mönchgut is located in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Sellin on the island of Rügen and offers 44 m² of space for up to three people. With a separate bedroom, it is ideal for couples or small families who want to spend a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday on the Baltic Sea.

A special bonus is the daily free access of up to three hours to the AHOI Water Park & Adventure World (except from June 29th to September 14th, 2026). Furthermore, starting Easter 2026, a modern fitness center will be available on-site. In a stylish setting, you can train your strength and endurance and thus enjoy an active holiday. High-quality equipment and a motivating environment ensure effective training – free of charge, of course.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Seepark Sellin, only about 900 meters from the beach and the Baltic Sea. Lake Sellin, shops, and a bakery are also within easy walking distance. Amenities include free Wi-Fi and initial bed linen. The bedroom has blackout curtains and a comfortable double bed, while the living area offers a sofa bed. A bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, and vanity mirror provides added comfort.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. A television completes the amenities. The northwest-facing balcony is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day and enjoying the fresh Baltic Sea air. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.

A bicycle storage room and a children's playground are available for shared use.

A security deposit of €200 is required for your stay and will be refunded within five business days of your departure, provided the apartment is left in good order.
