The holiday apartment in Haus Mönchgut in Sellin is a cozy and popular accommodation for a relaxing holiday for two. With 20 square meters of living space, it offers room for up to two guests and is located on the first floor of the Seepark Sellin holiday complex. The fine sandy beach, the Baltic Sea, and the idyllic Sellin Lake are only about 900 meters away. Shops and a bakery are located directly in the complex and are easily accessible on foot.

A special benefit for guests of this apartment is a year-round 25% discount at the adjacent AHOI Water Park and Adventure World. Furthermore, starting Easter 2026, a modern fitness center will be available on-site. Here you can train your strength and endurance, benefiting from high-quality equipment and a motivating atmosphere. Use of the fitness and training facilities is free for guests, allowing you to enjoy an active yet relaxing holiday.

The apartment itself is comfortably furnished and includes free Wi-Fi and a starter set of bed linens. The combined living and sleeping area features a double bed and blackout curtains, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and vanity mirror. The fully equipped kitchenette offers amenities such as a coffee maker and toaster.
