The holiday apartment in Seepark Sellin offers approximately 32 m² of living space for up to three people. Located on the third floor of the Altensien building, it features a separate bedroom and a bathroom.

The sunny southwest-facing balcony invites you to relax and offers a beautiful view of Lake Sellin. The sight of the "Rasender Roland" (a historic steam train) chugging leisurely through the landscape is particularly charming, evoking a nostalgic holiday feeling.

As a special bonus, daily access to the swimming pool at the AHOI Water Park and Adventure World is included for up to three hours (except from June 29th to September 14th, 2026). From Easter 2026, a modern fitness area will also be available free of charge, ideal for active relaxation during your holiday.

Amenities include a flat-screen TV, filter coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and bed linens. The open-plan kitchen is perfect for cooking, Wi-Fi is available free of charge, and there is a bicycle storage room. A bread roll delivery service is available upon request.

The location is ideal, offering everything within easy reach: shops, a bakery, mini-golf, and the AHOI! World adventure park are all just 50 meters away. The beach (approx. 900 meters), restaurants (approx. 300 meters), the pier, the ferry terminal, and bus stops are all easily accessible.

A security deposit of €100 is required and will be refunded upon departure, provided the property is left in good condition.
