The holiday apartment is located in Sellin in the "Haus Having" building and offers 32 m² of living space for up to 3 people. It features one bedroom, one bathroom, and is situated on the first floor, easily accessible by elevator.

A special bonus: When booking, daily access to the swimming pool at the AHOI Water Park and Adventure World is included for three hours (except from June 29th to September 14th, 2026).

Starting Easter 2026, a modern fitness center awaits you: Train your strength and endurance in a stylish setting and use all fitness and training facilities free of charge – ideal for starting your holiday day actively and relaxing.

The apartment is well-equipped with a flat-screen TV (satellite & Sky), Wi-Fi, a coffee machine, a microwave, and bed linens are included. Pets are welcome. The balcony invites you to relax. The open-plan kitchen/living area offers space for cooking together, and a bicycle storage room is available. You can conveniently park your car in the underground garage, and a bread roll delivery service ensures a great start to your day.

A security deposit of €100 is required and will be refunded within 5 business days of departure, provided the property is left in good condition.
