In the popular Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, the holiday apartment awaits you in the Haus Baabe building – an ideal retreat for relaxing holidays on the island of Rügen. The modernly furnished apartment, with approximately 50 m² of living space and a separate bedroom, offers accommodation for up to four guests and boasts a pleasant atmosphere.

A special highlight is the daily free use of the swimming pool at the AHOI Water Park & Adventure World for up to three hours (except from June 29th to September 14th, 2026). Additionally, a new fitness program will be available to you free of charge starting Easter 2026. Work out in a modern environment and start your day actively – ideal for maintaining your well-being even on vacation.

The holiday apartment is located on the second floor of the Seepark Sellin building and is easily accessible by elevator. The Baltic Sea, the fine sandy beach, and Lake Sellin are just 900 meters away, inviting you to enjoy relaxing hours. Shops and a bakery are within easy walking distance.

The apartment features free Wi-Fi, a bedroom with a double bed and blackout curtains, a living area with a double sofa bed, and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, and hairdryer. The northwest-facing balcony with seating is perfect for relaxing. One pet is allowed.

A security deposit of €200 is required for the apartment and will be refunded upon departure.
