"Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm Am besten war der Balkon und das Frühstück welches wir dort genossen haben. Sehr praktisch war dass unter der Wohnung im Erdgeschoss gleich ein Bäcker war. Die Tiefgarage war auch optimal allerdings für größere Autos wahrscheinlich schwieriger insbesondere wenn man Fahrräder mitführt oder ein Dachgepäck. Die Zimmer waren alle sehr sauber und gepflegt. "Schöne Wohnung und ausreichend Platz für 3 Personen. Das dass große Bett im Wohnzimmer steht, stört nicht. Der Baulärm hielt sich in Grenzen. Das Objekt ist fast fertig. Wir sind Frühaufsteher und vor 7.30 Uhr war nichts zu hören. Es gab genügend Unterstellmöglichkeiten für die Fahrräder. Vom Hinterausgang des Grundstücks gelangt man über Treppen direkt zur Promenade und dann mit dem Aufzug zum Strand. Für Beeinträchtigte eher nichts. Angenehm war auch der Fahrstuhl und der Smart TV."

"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Sellin. Die Wohnung war wirklich sauber, nur der Balkon hätte vielleicht vorher ein wenig gereinigt werden müssen. Sehr viele Staubweben und viel Vogelka**e. Und die Spülmaschine hat leider auch nicht sehr sauber gewaschen. Aber ansonsten war alles top. Es war auch ein Kinderhochstuhl in der Wohnung und ein Beistellbett.
