Unique and luxurious lodge in South Iceland, perfectly located in the Golden Circle, within an hour drive from Reykjavik. The modern house is equipped with 4 bedrooms (3 + 1 in the guesthouse), 2 bathrooms (1 +1), fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and a large private terrace with mountain views. I stayed here for 2 nights and we all had a fantastic stay. The apartment was spotless and the beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. We had a little trouble finding the house and a friendly local couple assisted us. Tips: the front door is where the ring camera is, all the way to the left (the lockbox is there). We originally found the house but did not realize that was the house as there were many doors and a room was split on the right side. The house also did not have a number on it which made it a bit more confusing. If you see 3 black houses in that area, you are in the right place.
