Our overall experience was great I totally recommend this beautiful home. The host went above and beyond to accommodate us. We are very pleased with our stay. The house was in a perfection location it was close to everything as far as restaurants shopping and family. It was perfect for week stay.

Great find in Selden on a quiet street. Great kitchen with appliances and cookware, including a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and a variety of dishes/glasses. Very nice decorations around the house. Reclining chair, sofas, and a Roku television in the living room. The three bedrooms were cozy and clean with plenty of storage space. The main bedroom also has a Roku television. Outdoor deck with a patio umbrella, table, and chairs. At the time of our visit, the outdoor stairs were undergoing renovation, but it did not impact our stay in any way. The host and his wife were always available and very responsive. We were even offered to check in earlier, which we thought was a very nice gesture. We definitely recommend staying here when in Selden.

The price was fitting for what we needed. Very little to almost nothing check in instructions. The listing said AC, was surprised to find window units and the kids room did not have any unit so had to use a fan to blow air in there throughout the day and into the night. Did not specify no laundry washer/dryer on-site. Was not overly accommodating in providing options beforehand, especially when gets usually expect to have laundry onsite when renting a house. I had a dad and his two sons over to watch a World Cup game. No party, no event and the owner personally texted me and called me until I answered threatening me to get the guests out of the house. It was super alarming as it was just going to be for a few hours during the game. She watched the ring alarm like a hawk. I have never had such a host be so hostile over text and a call. It makes me not want to use VRBO again. The description said no events or parties. Which I do understand. But this was a total of 4 adults with their teenage sons watching a soccer game. If AC units on you cannot use a hairdryer or it will break a circuit. Totally understandable. But this listings communication on entry was almost nothing and then the host texted me with all this stuff. I have never had a host texted me outside of the VRBO messaging app, felt a little shady. The bathtub drain I had to fix as the water was at a standstill when taking a shower. The place was clean and fully stocked for guests I will say. I do not recommend
