One of the best views of Little Assawoman Bay in DE! Townhome w/4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 6 beds- sleeps 10. Fully equipped kitchen&plenty of living&dining space. Enjoy 2 decks complete w/patio furniture&breathtaking views of the bay. A true bird watchers paradise- herons, egrets, hawks&more! Access to community amenities (pool, playground). Mins to Fenwick Island&other beaches. Short drive to grocery stores, restaurants&shops. Previously on VRBO under previous homeowners with many 5-star reviews!
The space
3 level townhome- 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 6 beds, sleeps 10. Lower level has two bedrooms (1 queen and 2 full beds), a full bathroom, and access to the one car garage with EV charging plug. The lower deck is also on the lowest level of the home and has a table with high-top chairs for looking out and enjoying the view. Middle level contains the fully equipped Chef's kitchen, complimentary coffee bar, a large dining table and bar seating, a spacious living room with a large TV and features a whole house surround sound to play your favorite tunes. 3 couches, a half bathroom, and access to the mid-level deck with a large outdoor dining table and chairs. Master bedroom with a king size bed and master bathroom with soaking tub located on the upper level, along with a bedroom containing two queen beds and a full bathroom.
Guest access
Guests will have access to their entire home. There is one small owners closet on the lower level that is reserved for the owners' personal belongings.
Other things to note
Short drive to Ocean City/Assateague or Bethany/Rehoboth. Lower deck backs to canals to launch kayaks/small fishing boats.

The perfect beach house

Karen’s house is perfect! It had everything we needed for a more than comfortable beach stay. This is our second time staying here and we’d love to come back again. There is enough space for multiple families to have their own spaces and an awesome view of the bay.

We just returned from the most incredible week at this stunning property overlooking Little Assawoman Bay, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how immaculately clean and beautifully maintained everything was.The space exceeded all our expectations - there was more than enough room for our entire family to spread out comfortably, and the kitchen was absolutely gorgeous! It had everything we needed and more, with high-end appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing meals. We loved starting each morning with coffee while taking in those breathtaking bay views.

Beautiful Beach House with Amazing View!

This is our second trip to Bayville Shores. We really enjoy the community. When not at the beach, we are relaxing at the pool. Grandkids love it! And, such an easy neighborhood for bike riding and/or walking. Karen's home was perfect for us! A beautiful, clean, spacious home for a family to gather. The home is completely stocked with anything you would need for your stay. Renters must provide bed linens, which was no big deal for us. A thoroughly enjoyable week and would definitely return to Karen's place!

Fantastic!

Karen was extremely responsive and thorough with communication. The home was beautiful, clean, spacious, and well equipped (e.g. beach chairs, beach umbrella's, grill). The view was amazing; we spent lots of time outside on the upper deck with ample seating (an umbrella would be perfect!😊). The community pool is large with many tables/chairs. We especially appreciate the option of a shorter stay (4 night minimum); very helpful with other's schedules and obligations back home. Wonderful!

Gorgeous property, great views!

This place is beautiful, was sparkling clean, and had way more amenities than we are used to seeing! Hosts communicated well and gave us great info. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous sunsets, tons of amenities and a conscientious hostess describes this Fenwick Island rental. The check-in was easy. The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you might need and good carry out was close by. Up Rt. 54 is an outdoor concert venue, Freeman Stage, featuring known performers all summer. Highly recommend this townhouse.

Perfect House and Beautiful Views

This house was absolutely perfect! The views are better than the pictures, and the house is just as amazing! The owners were easy to get ahold of if needed! I highly recommend this house!

Great family get away!!!

Our family had a fantastic time at this property!!! It is very close to Fenwick Island Town Beach and Bethany Beach. There are many great places to dine in the area. The townhouse was perfect. It was spacious and clean. There was plenty of room for everyone and the master suite is amazing. There is a huge dining table and the patio furniture is terrific for outdoor dining as well. The host had most of the essentials that we needed, and then some! The kids LOVED the pool area and the pickle and basketball courts. We all especially enjoyed watching the wildlife right in the backyard on the bay. The host even supplied binoculars and bird identification books. You do have to bring your own linens (or rent them), which was not a problem for us.
