House was very clean, very well organized. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cookware, dishes etc. Beautiful furnishings! We had a great time!

Great time For All

We all agreed that the house was lovely. Perfect for multi-generational family. My elderly mother could navigate the house without a problem. There was enough room to spread out with beautiful views from every window.

Beautiful spot

The house is just as the photos. Our stay was wonderful. We had two toddler in tow and the community amenities were great with pool and playground within walking distance. We even did some crabbing. Fenwick Island State Beach is 10 minute drive and grocery store is a few miles away. The bike lane is also easily accessible. Definitely recommend this rental.

Beach vacation 2923

We had a wonderful stay. Location is perfect. House was well equipped for our needs. There are 2 main TVS one upstairs that is open to the area downstairs so if you play one Tv you can hear it in both areas so that was a little inconvenient when you have little ones watching cartoons. Would be nice to have a code to get into the rental instead of having to go into OC to pick up and drop off the keys. Just a suggestion. The main floor has 2 bedrooms and one bath. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Overall I highly recommend this rental.

Seas the Day is Beach Perfection

Seas the Day was beach perfection for our multi generation family vacation. The property was impeccable from cleanliness, amenities, and resources to support our family’s visit. Our senior family members appreciated the bathrooms and elevator to make mobility easier for them. Grace was an amazing realtor that enhanced our experience. We cannot wait to stay again!
