"The TV flickered almost nonstop, the jacuzzi was so visibly dirty, the breakfast is just the standard continental, nothing special, and the ice machine was broken. The biggest plus to this place was the staff. They were so friendly."

"We've stayed here several times because of location off freeway and always been decent place. Not so this time. Our room was handicapped accessible which was ok but was very stale smelling.Room definitely needed new paint, especially the bathroom. Bathroom floor was scraped up and dirty stains. Lots of scrapes and dirty walls. No hot water for shower the 2nd day. The hallways were dirty both days. Seems like more help is needed here. First day there was no waffle mix even tho we were there by 8:15. Employee wouldn't make any more. Other food was adequate.2nd day different employee made extra waffle mix and kept the coffee going, thanks for that. I can no longer recommend staying here. We won't be either."

"The breakfast menu was very basic. packaged oatmeal, coffee, toast, cereal, waffle maker. No pastries or eggs. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the lamp shades had holes and looked like they were broken. The in wall heater did not seem to have a controller for the fan and when it unit came on it forced a large blast of air all the way across the room. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The little refrigerator was on and cold. That was a plus."

"They were running out of room keys so we could only get one. There were no sheets or blanket on the pull out. I attempted to call the front desk about it but the phone wasn’t connected, so had to walk down multiple times for items. There were chip crumbs on the couch. Pool and fitness center were ‘out of order’. Bed was okay, otherwise, can’t imagine much worse. Especially the premium price. "
