"The staff was extremely unprofessional, smug and told me there was no one I could speak with regarding my dissatisfaction. I asked if she was the owner and she scoffed and told me that she would not contact anyone and she was the only person to discuss the issue with and she refused. If my employees ever treated my clients in this manner, they would be terminated. This 'manager' was a bully. She is ill-equipped lacking diplomacy and conflict resolution skills. They charged my credit card for services not rendered, to include extra charges without authorization or explanation and emphatically refused to explain their reasoning and told me they didn't have to... "

The modern design and clean, stylish appearance made it feel both luxurious and cozy at the same time.The living area was especially amazing — super comfortable, open, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. We loved spending evenings there. The grill was another highlight — high quality and perfect for enjoying outdoor meals in such a peaceful setting.Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully set up, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. "The associate was very put off that I booked my stay through Hotels.com. A “third-party payer”. The hallway light shone through the door jam of my room. The room was not dark. It was lite up because of the hallway light coming through the entire door jam, top sides, and bottom. My room was next to a mechanical room and I heard squeaks and grinds all night long. And the pillows were as flat as pancakes no support there was four of them every single one of them were flat. "
