The hotel advertised air conditioning, but the room never cooled properly. It stayed only slightly cooler than outside and remained very humid, making it almost impossible to sleep. I asked the staff to check the AC, and while they said it had been fixed, nothing actually changed.
After two almost sleepless nights, the lack of a comfortable room completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable stay in the town. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel if you ’re visiting during the warmer months as you will get absolutely no respite from the heat.

"Brand new property. Parking available for a charge (limited spaces). Onsen on property, very nice with sauna and cold bath. Beds are firm but comfortable. Breakfast with an additional charge. Japanese style breakfast, so skip if you want western style."

"We stayed for two weeks and everything was wonderful! The hotel was close to the train station (a 5 minute walk) so was very convenient. The breakfasts were excellent, the staff very friendly, and the room was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if we visit Tsu!"
