Comfortable accommodation although the bed was a little hard for my old hips. Excellent breakfast. Easy free parking

This is not a good hotel at all. I think it was very overpriced for what it offered. Not even a bottle of water in the bedroom. No iron, no coffee, queen sized bed (two singles put together with a single duvet. Really .. what’s the point of paying for a queen sized bed when you can only use it is a single. Nobody speaks English at the hotel (apart from on last day I met somebody who spoke English) No reception at all (no one to greet you). Everything is done on a checking in machine. I don’t particularly like this.. it’s impersonal and not very welcoming. The restaurant attached wasn’t good either. Menu is in German and not available in English and the restaurant manager cannot speak English to translate it. When I did order food it came VERY quickly. A mixed grill for instance arrived on my table within 3-4 minutes after ordering so clearly pre-cooked and reheated. Lastly a 500ml Coca Cola costs…. Wait for it …. €5.90. Do yourself a favour… if you need to stay in the area, you’re better off staying at Hotel Sud. At least there one feels welcome. I felt very unwelcome at this hotel and it was pretty expensive too. PS. They don’t do toast at breakfast either, nor bacon.

Probably was the last time...

Frequento spesso questo Hotel perché le stanze sono accoglienti e l'Hotel in stile baita di montagna mi è sempre piaciuto, ma o avrò la certezza che hanno fatto cambiamenti per la colazione o non ci tornerò più, 24 euro per dell'affettato scadente, bacon e croissant non ci sono, macchinetta dei succhi che si inceppa ogni due secondi, caffè espresso che non è un espresso...anche no... tornerò al Ramada o allo Stainzerhof Hotel, lì le stanze sono belle e la colazione dieci volte meglio e più economica

Einfach nur TOP!!! Wunderschön, urig, Essen sehr lecker, sehr freundliches Personal. Wenn als kleine Krönung noch ein Wasserkocher mit Kaffee oder Tee auf dem Zimmer wäre, würde ich auch 5 Sterne bei Komfort geben 😉😉

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, der abschalten lässt

Überraschendes Ambiente, Tirolerhaus für die Gastwirtschaft. Alles in allem ein nettes, gemütliches Haus, das ichnicht unbedingt als Businesshotel einstufen würde, es aber durchaus annehmen kann.
