"The hotel needs a bit of updating. Clean and comfy but getting a bit tired. First impressions are always at check-in, unfortunately not my best experience. Staff not the most polite and information was at a minimum. "this hotel does not have AC so summer nights are hot and sensitive people can't sleep. our room faced the inside area where many birds are constantly active - so it's loud. and because we had to open the window due to heat, we could not sleep due to the noise. breakfast was ok, but not special. very large hotel and very busy"

"The hotel is located in front of a nice lake. I consider this hotel as a hidden gem. Is very beautiful and comfortable. Staff is customer oriented specially the lady at the frontdesk she is amazing. We arrived late in the night after a long trip from Denmark and she always had the best attitude. The breakfast is very tasty and complete. Super recommended."
