Guadalupe River Home 10 Miles From Schlitterbahn!

Three Oaks Retreat is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home on half acre located on the Guadalupe River in Seguin, Texas and is just minutes from New Braunfels. Perfect area to tube, kayak and paddle board. 4 foot wide steps all the way down to water to get your water toys in and out. There is a separate kids bunk room with a ping pong table and a large outdoor area with multiple decks, fire pit, and hammock perfect for entertaining. **Home sleeps maximum of 8 adults and 4 children*** Water levels shown in pictures are current levels with Lake McQueeney Dam down for repairs. Water is 3 t 12 ft in front of dock. (10 Miles) Schlitterbahn & Downtown New Braunfels, (35 min) San Antonio Airport, (1 hr) to Austin Airport.

River weekend

The property was very nice and great for a friends and family weekend. The property manager was quick to respond and very accommodating. The house was adorable and very clean. We had a great stay:)

Weekend Getaway

The property was great! There was plenty of space for our family to spread out. The property manager was helpful when we need help with the Wi-Fi and front door access. Some blinds and light fixtures were dusty and the rug in the dining was a tripping hazard.
