Keys had to be reprogrammed everyday at least once. Beds were hard as rocks. Half the wall plugs did not work. Tv did not work. Remote was broken and they would not fix it. Ac would never get cold. Even though told them 4 people would be staying in the room they would only have one towel in the room and when asking for a towel you had to go to the front desk to get it and he did not want to give you more than one towel at a time.
