    "Bad service , very small rooms (looks like you are in a low class cruise room), poor room cleaning ,the pool is too small and the service was terrible , my daughter request a coke and never received it , the lady there said that happened because you she did it thru the QR app, and they have not enough employees to attend that, not even said I'm sorry . They were with a friend that lives in Madrid, eating something at the pool and they kick them out the pool, very rude personnel. Not recommended..."
