"Check in and staff were very very helpful. We only needed the room for one night so all good, if I was staying longer it would not work. The metal window shutters would not open so the room felt like a cave with no natural light. The room was fine but very basic and more like student accommodation than luxury accommodation. Once again, check in was great and very helpful."

Our only desire was for some thicker bed linens (they were essentially just a sheet) and we did have to buy shower products since the only one was a combo body/hair wash. But that was very minor in comparison to the overall experience and we would definitely stay here again. "
