Great and clean property.

The Hotel Schweizerhof in Bern is an iconic hotel right in the centre of Bern, within easy walking distance of the train station, shops and restaurants. We utilised the valet parking service to park our hire car and asked for the car to be ready the next day at 10am. Really well located hotel to experience the city of Bern. Extremely comfortable room, excellent breakfast and lovely helpful staff.

You can't go wrong booking this hotel. The location is fantastic, short walk to the train station, in the heart of shopping area, and easy to get to the Roseharyen and museums. The staff were lovely and went out of their way, Manuel the doorman saw is walking down the street with our bags and ran to help us with them. The room was spacious and elegantly furnished. I highly recommend when you are in Bern.

Great breakfast. Nice games for kids. They used to have a really good video game for kids but have got rid of it. This is a shame. The kids loved it. Nice area for transport. Good place.

Everything is fine

Centrally located, this was a well-appointed, comfortable hotel which exceeded our expectations. It’s only shortcoming was most of the branding was “Hotel Bern” rather than Best Western. Once we worked that out, everything went smoothly. It was a great spot to base ourselves for exploring Bern.

Staff and facilities were excellent. Room was very clean and comfortable. Common areas were great. Affordable accommodation that ticked all the boxes.

Beautiful stay at Eden. We were picked up from the train station and checked in quickly. The room was phenomenal with a view over the lake to the Alps. We could have sat on the balcony all day just watching the goats walk around. The breakfast buffet hot food was a bit cold, but you could order fresh eggs a la carte which was perfect. The hotel was in a great location and very close to transport. There was a complimentary travel voucher provided which was of great assistance. The check in staff member (don't remember his name) was very friendly and helpful and provided us with details of all the relevant sites. The hotel and room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. The complimentary breakfast provided was quite basic but adequate.

Central connectivity to public transport. Great location from which to explore.

The Hotel Sternen was a comfortable room. The staff were very agreeable. If the people next door had not talked from 2am to 5am it would have been an ideal stay.

Great location - easy walking distance to most attractions. Room was clean, and good amount of space for 3 adults. Comfortable beds, and good shower pressure. Staff in the hotel were very helpful, and the included breakfast is handy to save on costs. Bern in general is a great central location to use as a base for day trips elsewhere including Zermatt (Matterhorn) and Jungfraujoch.

Very nice to stay for relax holiday.
