"The place was absolutely beautiful. Our room had stunning views and the facilities overall were excellent, new and very well maintained. The food was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We also did a trekking tour organized by them, which turned out to be a wonderful experience. "Great experience staying in this Radison hotel in Kandy. Staffs services are excellent throughout and very attentive. Staffs are very friendly willing to help with a smile. They have variety of food and very tasty. Always staffs are very helpful and polite. We enjoyed the buffet. "

The only negative does not relate to the hotel itself maybe more about the city of Kandy, its very nosey and busy, we were hounded by local traders and drivers all day which compared to other parts of the country we would not have the same experienceits "
