  • Welcome to our artist’s villa in Seefeld! We are truly delighted to welcome you as our guests. Our 110 m² bungalow blends the spirit of a classic home with modern comfort. The villa exudes a unique, cozy retro charm that harmonizes perfectly with the exclusive design of an artist. Throughout the house, you’ll discover fascinating artworks and floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. The photos offer you a first impression of the stylish interior.



    Sustainability and environmental protection are very important to us, so the house is powered by a large, modern solar system. This means you can enjoy the comfort of step-free living on one level and underfloor heating with a clear conscience. Two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher), and fast internet provide everything you need for a perfect stay.



    The absolute highlight is the outdoor area: every room has direct access to the huge terrace. Thanks to the perfect southern exposure, you’ll enjoy sunshine all day and fantastic views in the heart of beautiful Seefeld. Relax on the loungers or in the cozy TV corner. Despite the wonderfully peaceful location, you can reach all local amenities in just a few minutes.
