There didn’t seem to be enough staff to cope with the number of guests with tables left full of dishes and nowhere to sit. Food , crockery and glasses were also not available. Otherwise ok."

"This is a great hotel in the heart of San Remo. Spa is newly refitted and the relaxation area / steam room / sauna are high quality and immaculately clean. The only reason for my 4 star review instead of 5, is that our room was connecting to another and the noise transference is more than we would have liked. In mentioning this to the staff, we were told that our only option was to pay the excess to upgrade to the next category of room. I wasn't angling for an upgrade - just needed a quiet room!"
