Serene Wine Country Haven with Pool & Hot Tub

Discover the ultimate wine country retreat at Casa Martin! This spacious home has undergone extensive remodeling to become a sleek and contemporary masterpiece. Situated on nearly an acre, just a stone's throw from numerous world-class wineries and a mere 20-minute drive from the Graton Casino, this tranquil oasis provides the ideal setting for your wine country getaway.

Featuring three bedrooms and a bonus room that functions as a fourth bedroom with a king-size sleeper sofa and a full bath, Casa Martin ensures ample accommodation. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, while the other two bedrooms offer queen beds. The open kitchen caters to gourmet experiences, and the spacious great room provides plenty of room for group gatherings. The bonus room is equipped with a large screen TV and ample seating for the entire group.

The park-like backyard offers privacy, featuring a large pool and an outdoor dining area adorned with string lights for a festive ambiance. An outdoor shower is conveniently incorporated into the covered patio area, and a fenced section is designated for kids and pets.

Visit our 5StarVR site for details on personal chefs, caterers, massages, yoga instructors, and personal trainers, along with valuable information about local restaurants, wineries, and exciting activities in the area. Our vacation rentals come fully stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware, and consumable supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath, dish hand, and laundry soaps, as well as various trash bags. Luxurious linens are also provided. Additional fees apply to heat pools for homes with them from October through April, while hot tubs, if available, are heated at no extra charge year-round. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

While Casa Martin is an incredible space for family and friends to gather, it is important to note that it is not a party house. Outdoor amplified music is prohibited in County vacation rentals, and surveillance cameras and decimal meters are in place to monitor parking areas and noise levels. County quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Non-compliance with these rules may result in immediate eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action.

Weekend stay near wedding venue

Attending a wedding a couple miles away on Laguna Rd., this property served as home base while visiting family and friends nearby. Clean, and spacious, and the outdoor spaces and hot tub at 102 made for great decompression afterwards.

We were a group of 7 and had an amazing time at Casa Martin. The house is so perfectly appointed with everything you need, and the real thing winner is the backyard. Verdant, in bloom and beautiful, It was simply perfect for our long weekend.

Family Fun

This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 boys (7 & 10). We did two major adventures - Safari West and the Skunk Train. Everyone happy to come back to the pool in the afternoon. The property itself is lovely with several sitting areas so you could have some peace and quiet if you wanted and apple and lemon trees. Also the kitchen was well supplied and easy to prepare meals in.

Lovely wine country getaway

My husband and I spent the weekend at Casa Martin with my parents and pup. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool, hot tub and fenced in yard made for a great stay. Randy was easy to get in touch with when we discovered the hot tub breaker had shut off.

This place is great. Randy and Sheryl are great. The location is great. Bike trail north to Forestville or to town is nearby. The neighbors have adorable sheep. Don't tell anyone...we want to be able to come back :)

We stayed at the house for 2 nights and it was great. It's hands down the cleanest rental property that I've ever been at. Everything was spotless. We were a group of mom friends so being able to step into a tidy house was the ultimate weekend away! We will definitely be back again!

Quirky-chic wine country home

Wonderfully comfortable quirky-chic home and rustic grounds. Pool and hot tub - absolutely lovely. Dog-friendly ++. If you have a small dog, watch for gaps between fencing and ground. Loved all the outdoor spaces to hang out, dine, play games.

Fun getaway

Stay was nice. I have 3 younger kiddos and they lived in the pool. It was a nice surprise to see they converted the garage into a bonus room that was ideal for families. Another bonus where the kid games they had laying around. It was a nice quick getaway for us and we plan on staying longer next year. Thanks again Randy for everything.

Great home near downtown Sebastopol

We rented this home for my annual family vacation and it was great! We had 4 adults and 2 kids, plus our two dogs, and it was the perfect set up for us. The grounds are spectacular and perfect for al fresco dining. The home offered everything we were looking for. The home doesn't have a/c and I was a little nervous about that as we were renting in the middle of August, but it really wasn't that bad due to the shade from the huge pines, etc. around the property. A super clean home, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool and patio was perfect for simply hanging around. We actually didn't want to leave the property very often as we were enjoying it so much! I'd highly recommend renting this home.

Family get together

For once, a vacation rental that was way better than the listing! There was so much to do at the property and everything was in good working order, clean and new. When we enquired about a couple of things to do with the pool, someone was there to attend to it in less than an hour. There was even a charger for our electric car which we only found out about when we got there. Definitely a 5 star home. We will definitely want to return to this.
