Large 2200 Sq foot pool home with multiple living rooms. Great neighborhood in Sebastian close to several parks. Relax and BBQ by the pool or hit the local shops, restaurants, trails, rivers and beaches.

December specials on golf carts. Free cart included with booking Dec 6th - Dec 21st.

Kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, kitchen aids, cutlery, utensils, coffee makers, French press, grills, blenders.

6 Smart TVs Wi-Fi /Cable

Kayaks, paddle boards, golf cart, e-bikes are available and may have rental charge associated. Please contact ahead for desired amenities to decrease clutter and increase fun. Xbox 1, Wii, PS4, Retro Nintendo---all gaming systems on site. Please inquire about rental prices on golf carts, e-bikes, paddle boards, canoes. There are price specials and freebies happing seasonally.

Excellent Property!!

We had 4 adults and 2 small children and this house was perfect for us! Plenty of room and the amenities were excellent with something for everyone! Will definitely stay here again!!

This house accommodates a large family n friends with space. All the amenities for cooking, beaching, bicycling and the heated pool topped it off considerably with the bad weather we experienced. Kitchen was fully stocked. Our dog loved the fenced yard. We would definitely stay here again! Very easy communication with owner.

Sebastian Florida stay

Me and my wife spent 3 weeks at this property.We also were allowed to bring our Labrador retriever. This property has everything you need for your family stay. Ryan was very easy to work with and I would stay here again in the future.

Best vacation I have had in years!

Check in was easy, even accommodated an early guest! Ryan was great, very helpful very responsive! The house was beautiful and in a great neighborhood! Very quiet and relaxing. We will be back!

Nice accommodations, great for families.

Nice house, great for a family getaway! Pool, outdoor grill and plenty of activities to keep kids busy. Lots of board games, indoor mini basketball games (kids loved), and a multi use foosball, table hockey, and pool table. Owner was straightforward and easy to work with, he checked in on us to make sure everything was okay.

Large, clean home

This home was roomy and clean, located in a quiet neighborhood with super easy check in. Pool was great and there was even a golf cart to tool around the neighborhood! Ryan was super responsive and easy to work with.. we enjoyed the our stay immensely! Thank you Ryan!

Sebastian Getaway

Pool was excellent! Location was close to the beaches and I 95 quiet neighborhood. Very spacious with plenty of closet space and dining space. Provided wagon for beach and beach toys. Also provided gas for outdoor grill. Overall a perfect stay for a large group. 👍😀

Considerations

Ryan has every imaginable need addressed at the house. There was everything from sunscreen to paper plates, detergent, games for all ages and lots of towels. I can’t think of anything he didn’t think of!

Already planning to return

Spent a week at the house and already planning for the next time. Convenient to everything. Great neighborhood. Quiet. The house has a lot of amenities. Families would love it! Well stocked kitchen with evey small appliance you could need. Staples available too, if you need. It is a very comfortable place to be. Communication was outstanding. Clear, timely and responsive.

Sebastian 3 bedroom house

The house was nice. Perfect for a family. TV’s in every room and outside. Everything provided. We went there to check out the area for a future vacation. Only problem was that my husband was sick first and then he gave it to me so we didn’t get out much. I would consider Vero for more action.

Perfect for what we needed

There where 5 of us including my 80 year old father, we went to visit my in-laws In Sebastian, the pool was perfect for the kids and close to the beach.

No brainer…

This place will be a go to spot for us! It literally had everything we could want and plenty to entertain our 3 teens and even accommodate our dogs! Don’t hesitate to book this place!

Ryan had all the items and toys needed for entertainment for the kids. He was easy to contact and fast responsiveness. The house is close proximity to Wabasso Beach, which is absolutely beautiful.
