About this property
Cozy secluded cottage in center of town
- Come and go as you please in this stand-alone cottage with a private entrance and off street parking. Our modern yet cozy cottage features 260 sq. ft. of modern air conditioned living space consisting of a large granite bath with walk in shower and one room that is comprised of a double bed, dining table for two and a granite top efficiency kitchen with double sink, full size refrigerator, electric range and microwave. The room also has a high definition TV and the use of free Wi-Fi.
Enjoy the outdoors – relax and enjoy the orchids on your choice of two private patios with table and chairs as well as a gas grill. Walk just 40 yards to the mile-wide Indian River and make use of our picnic table right on the river. Or take a stroll on the lighted “Indian River Walkway” to the park, marina, restaurants and tiki bars. Within a 5-minute walk are food and drug stores as well as a Walmart.
Sebastian is an uncongested and safe community located just 10 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean beaches where you won’t find any high rises - just natural dunes with plenty of free parking and showers. The Orlando attractions are one hour away and the chic town of Vero Beach is 20 minutes to the south. Melbourne and its airport are 20 minutes to the north.
This cottage is the perfect getaway for two people any time of the year at a very affordable price.
