"While a little outdated, this was very affordable and within 10 to 15 minutes of what we wanted to see and do in Portland. There is an outside pool, and a light breakfast. You need to ask for housekeeping if you want it, but the bed was comfortable after exploring and walking all day it was fine. Probably the most reasonable place to stay. "

"We loved our stay at the cabin. Our baby adored the swing-set in the yard and the house had all of the comforts of home while still feeling rustic and like we were in the woods (exactly the vibe we hoped for). The golf cart was super fun and Beach 5 was close by and possibly the best beach on the island. The house was nicer than the photos. Carol was very responsive and helped us troubleshoot an issue. We love Frye Island and we will be back!"
"Great views and property with easy access to the water for swimming. Host was great with answering all my questions. There is a fire pit on the property. We had 3 children and 7 adults and never felt on top of each other. Would recommend for a family vacation. "
"We we're celebrating a birthday, there was a large private deck with ample seating. The hard wired generator worked flawless as we arrived to a strong Maine windstorm..nice shared small beach area great for kids about a 2 minute walk from house. Owner graciaslly trailered the kayaks to the beach area for easy entry..the hot tub was a nice relaxing end to the day "
