OCCUPANCY LIMIT 6 - A waterfront 2 Bedroom 1 Bath on Barker Pond in Sebago. The cottage has an open living space with views of the pond from the living room and kitchen. Both bedrooms are on the main floor. 1 bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has a queen, full, and a twin trundle. A nice-sized flat lot with a fire pit to enjoy great views of the Pond. A short walk to stairs that lead down to the water and a shallow entry into the water. If you are looking for a quiet Maine getaway, this is the place for you! 2 kayaks and a canoe are also provided. DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 FEE. NO ACCESS TO THE ATV TRAILS FROM THIS PROPERTY.

The cabin is situated beautifully on Barker Pond with a view to die for.....The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The Host Eric was very helpful and always available for our questions. It's the perfect place to bring your pets for walking on the trails as well as easy access to letting them out ect. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a quiet, rejuvenating stay anytime of the year.

It was a Great, peaceful location, but the bathroom and shower could use an upgrade; we needed to clean the shower before we could use it. Other than that nothing but great memories.

Barker Pond

We truly enjoyed the peace and quiet of the cabin on Barker Pond. There was not a lot of boat traffic, especially considering it was a holiday weekend. The property was very clean and private. Very relaxing!
